We have a 30 day return policy, after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused.
To start a return, you can contact us directly at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will ask you to send your item back to us. Once this has been received and we can confirm that the item has not been used, we will refund the amount that you paid for the item. This will not include shipping but will include the shipping you paid to return the item to us once a receipt has been supplied.
Upon receipt of your order please contact us immediately if there is any problem with your item/s. We will look to resolve any problems as soon as possible for you.
We cannot accept returns on items that have been used and unfortunately cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Once we have received your returned item, we would be happy to send any exchange to you, at the same value.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you once the refund has been approved. You will then be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
