If you need to return your parcel, please retain proof of postage, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel we will require the proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. Please ensure that the returned parcel is sealed safely and contains the original packing document. 


Unless the goods are damaged or faulty, you will need to arrange and pay for the cost of returning the item to us.

Please notify the courier of the contents, i.e. liquid, to ensure the parcel is returned to us with no delays. 


Please allow minimum 10-14 working days from the date your order is received by us for your refund to be processed.


The refund will be processed to the original payment method used to place the order.


Goods must be returned to us at 39 Dee Way, Rise Park, Romford, RM3 4AX, within 60 working days of delivery to you or of you notifying us of cancellation.

Please note that a full refund will not be provided for returned goods that show signs of use.


Please note, orders processed from December 10th – December 24th, can be returned up to 90 days following their purchase date with a valid receipt.
